Transformation takes time, intention, and support. I’ve crafted 1:1 shadow work coaching journeys to reflect the value and depth of the work we’ll do together (If you haven't yet, read through my 1:1 Shadow Work Page).

 

Shadow work is not about fixing anything, but finding your hidden self. It's not about repairing something that's broken, but relating to an inner-other who requires your attention. Shadow work is a process of uncovering, befriending, and integrating the parts of yourself you've perhaps held back or exiled for a long time. Our shadow (or personal unconscious) can be initially terrifying, but it holds the keys to growth and vitality.

These journeys serve as a powerful container for transformation—creating intentional, time-bound space to explore your inner world, shift long-held patterns, and reclaim disowned parts of yourself. I offer 3, 6, 8, and 10-session journeys tailored to your unique intentions and personal goals. Together, we’ll move stuck emotions and energy, engage dream work, and illuminate your hidden depths with  care and clear intention. Between sessions, you’ll have access to ongoing support and communication via Voxer to help you integrate insights and stay connected to the work.​

I offer 3, 6, 8, and 10-session journeys tailored to your unique intentions and personal goals. My rate is $480 per session, but discounts are available when you commit to a full journey (see the chart below). So, what is the work you've come here to do?
