The Men’s Shadow Work Program is a virtual 12 week transformational container for men who are ready to move through their fear, shame and guilt, and embody their light and divine masculine power.
This program for men who’ve done some inner work, yet find themselves stuck in emotional/relational patterns or cycles that are undesired and exhaustingly familiar.

Program Overview

Weekly 60-minute live Cohort Zoom Calls: Guided meditation and teaching on weekly focus + live coaching + shadow discussion. Live sessions are recorded, in the event you aren't able to attend live

Personal Shadow Work Sessions: Two 60-minute one-on-one shadow work coaching sessions with Dr. Mike Simmons. These sessions orient you and Dr. Mike to the work you came to do, and the outcome you’re focused on. Your first session is scheduled within the first 2 weeks and the second session before week 11.

Shadow Work Circles: You'll be a part of "circle" or group of 3 that meet weekly (Zoom) to explore that week’s specific focal point. A guided yet flexible structure will be provided.

Open Coaching Hours: 1 hour per week to drop-in to connect with Dr. Mike live via Zoom to ask questions and gain clarity to dive deeper, and rise higher.

1:1 Coaching Add-On: For many, one-on-one support is where the most profound and fastest shifts take place. Coaching sessions are 60 minutes via zoom and can be purchased and scheduled at any point before or during the container.

Program Structure and Flow
The 12 weeks are organized into 6 phases, each building on the last.
Phase 1 — Shadow, Emotional Mapping (Weeks 1–2)
What is actually happening in your hidden life.
You’ll be introduced to the concept of shadow, and shadow work in a clear, non-pathologizing way. We’ll focus on how shadow forms, and how to spot it in our emotions, everyday experiences, relationships, self-talk, and unconscious activity.
By the end of this phase, participants feel: “I finally have language and a framework for what I’ve been experiencing.”
Phase 2 — Patterns, Strategies & Beliefs (Weeks 3–4)
Seeing the stories, messages and unseen filters that shape your life.
We explore how shadow organizes itself through emotional patterns and belief structures—both limiting and inflated. You’ll begin to recognize the internal narratives that quietly run your reactions, relationships, and decisions.
By the end of this phase:“I can recognize the stories that have been running me.”
Phase 3 — Relational Shadow Work (Weeks 5–6)
How shadow shows up with other people, and what to do about it.
This phase focuses on projection, transferences, boundaries, and self-abdication. You’ll learn why certain people affect you so strongly (both positively and negatively) and how to respond from a grounded place of clarity instead of reactivity or withdrawal.
By the end of this phase: “There is a lot of work ahead, but I feel clearer in how I’m showing up in my relationships."
Phase 4 — Intimacy & Body Shadow (Weeks 7–8)
How your body holds your stories of shame and empowerment. You can only receive love to the extent you love your body.
The stories in our bodies limit or expand the experiences we have with our bodies from adventure and play to sex, and the skills of rest and relaxation. This work supports you in relating to your body from a place of compassion, supportive action, so you can live free from performing strength and confidence, to feeling it in your body.
By the end of this phase: “I understand how my experiences have shaped my beliefs about my body and I can choose to love, support and express my body.”
Phase 5 — Spiritual & Identity Shadow (Weeks 9–10)
Identify and release old religious dogmas/collective ideals that still silently operate and limit, confuse, and distort your reality. Reclaiming inner authority.
We explore how spirituality, belief systems, and authority figures can become entangled with fear, shame, and self-doubt. The focus here is on developing a grounded, lived sense of inner authority rather than outsourcing trust. We will also face all the ways we have overstepped and misused authority and where we have hurt others.
By the end of this phase: “I trust my own inner knowing, and I take responsibility for how I have hurt others. Now that I know better, I do better”
Phase 6 — Money, Value, The Golden Shadow (Weeks 11–12)
Claiming and taking action from your inherent worth and value. Returning to and fully embodying your creative power.
The final phase brings the work into the most practical layers of life: money, worth, safety, and survival. And we wrap up by mapping further shadow integration, practical next steps, and a final blessing ceremony.
By the end of the journey: “I can meet my needs without shame—and stay connected to myself.”
What you'll walk away with
By the end of the 12 weeks, participants experience significant release of their sabotaging beliefs and shame/guilt patterns, and a flow of energy toward love and creativity. You will feel:

Greater emotional vitality and stability: You’re less reactive, less overwhelmed, and able to remain present to yourself in difficult moments.

The ability to recognize triggers in real time: Instead of being hijacked by old patterns, you can see what’s happening and choose how to respond.
